Your role as a Customer Success Representative – New Business at Xsens
As a Customer Success Representative – New Business you will have a fundamental role in achieving the ambitious revenue growth objectives for our MVN (Motion Capture) and MotionCloud products. In this exciting new role you are responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Furthermore, you will focus retaining and upselling existing business.
You will be part of the Customer Success team, working closely with our Global Sales and Product Specialist team. You will report to our Customer Success Director in Canada and be based in Enschede, the Netherlands.
